  • We do not charge for advice and taking the time to assess whether you may have a claim.

  • There are no hidden charges such as flat fees or administration costs.

  • If we take on your case you will only be charged if we are successful, if not you will owe us nothing.

  • Once the claim has been settled we will simply deduct our fee of 20% (plus VAT) from the compensation amount and send you a cheque for the balance.

    • NOTE: Initially your compensation payment is assigned to us. From this amount we then deduct our fees plus VAT at the prevailing rate at the time. Our fee is 20% plus VAT. VAT is only charged on our fee, not the total compensation amount won.
